This Privacy Policy describes how MAINLINE ("we," "us," "our"), operated by GigFinesse, Inc., a Delaware corporation, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you access or use our website at www.mainline.vip, the MAINLINE client portal at app.mainline.vip, the MAINLINE roster page at roster.mainline.vip, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Platform.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you directly provide to us, including:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and account credentials.
  • Event Information: Event details, date(s), venue information, budget requirements, guest counts, and special requests.
  • Communication Records: Messages, emails, call logs, and notes from interactions between you and our team.
  • Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information. Payment card data is processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe) and is not stored on our servers.
  • Inquiry Information: Information submitted through contact forms, roster page inquiries, or booking request forms.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and screen resolution.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, navigation paths, referring URLs, and user interactions.
  • Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on IP address.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Data collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

  • Business Partners: Venues, event planners, talent agencies, and other industry collaborators.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

2.1 Service Provision

  • Communicate with you about bookings, schedules, and event details
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
  • Deliver status updates and event information through the Platform
  • Process payments and manage invoicing

  • Create and manage your account
  • Improve, maintain, and optimize our Platform and services
  • Conduct analytics and research to understand how our Platform is used

With your consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may use your information to:

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time (see Section 7.2). Transactional communications related to active bookings are not subject to opt-out.

We may use your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, property, and safety (and that of our users and third parties), and respond to legal requests, court orders, or regulatory inquiries.

2.5 Legal Bases for Processing (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, we process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:

  • Contract Performance: Processing necessary to perform our contract with you (Sections 2.1, 2.2).
  • Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as improving our services, fraud prevention, and security (Section 2.2).
  • Consent: Processing based on your consent, such as marketing communications (Section 2.3). You may withdraw consent at any time.

4.4 Do Not Track

Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you can manage tracking through the cookie controls described above.

5. DATA RETENTION

5.1 General Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

5.2 Account Information

Account information is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, we will retain your information for up to twelve (12) months thereafter to support any outstanding obligations, after which it will be deleted or anonymized, unless longer retention is required by law.

5.3 Event and Booking Records

Event details, booking records, and associated communication records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the event date for business continuity, dispute resolution, and legal compliance purposes.

5.4 Communication Records

Communication records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for dispute resolution and support purposes.

5.5 Legal Requirements

Certain data may be retained for longer periods when required by applicable law, regulation, or legitimate business interests (such as tax, accounting, or legal compliance).

6. DATA SECURITY

6.1 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Access controls and role-based authentication
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing
  • Employee training on data protection and security practices
  • Secure third-party payment processing (PCI DSS compliant via Stripe)
6.2 Limitations

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6.3 Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Where required, we will provide notification within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

7.2 Marketing Opt-Out

You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by:

  • Replying "STOP" to any promotional SMS message

Please note that even after opting out of promotional communications, you will continue to receive transactional communications related to your account and active bookings.

7.3 Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit privacy rights requests on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.

7.4 Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, service quality, or access to the Platform based on your exercise of privacy rights.

8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

8.1 Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA):

  • Right to Know: Request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources of collection, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your information.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA: identifiers (name, email, phone number, IP address); commercial information (booking history, payment records); internet activity (browsing history, interactions with the Platform); geolocation data (approximate location from IP address); and professional information (company name, job title).

8.3 Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. We may share personal information with third-party advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You may opt out of this sharing by contacting us at support@mainline.vip.

8.4 Shine the Light

California residents may also request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California Civil Code Section 1798.83.

9. ADDITIONAL STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

If you are a resident of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have similar rights to those described in Sections 7 and 8, including the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising. Certain states also provide the right to appeal our decision regarding a privacy rights request.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. 11. INTERNATIONAL USERS

11.1 Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country of residence. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

11.2 Safeguards for EU/EEA Users

For users in the European Union or European Economic Area, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, and conduct data transfer impact assessments where required.

11.3 EU/EEA User Rights

In addition to the rights described in Section 7, EU/EEA users have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in their country of residence if they believe our processing of their personal data violates applicable law.

12. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING

If you provide your phone number or opt in to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from MAINLINE related to your bookings, account activity, and (if you opt in) promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For help, reply "HELP" or contact us at support@mainline.vip. Opting out of transactional SMS related to active bookings may require cancellation of the applicable booking.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and endeavor to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated policy on our Platform and/or notifying you by email.

Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Privacy Policy has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
