This Privacy Policy describes how MAINLINE ("we," "us," "our"), operated by GigFinesse, Inc., a Delaware corporation, collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you access or use our website at www.mainline.vip, the MAINLINE client portal at app.mainline.vip, the MAINLINE roster page at roster.mainline.vip, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described herein, please do not use the Platform.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Information You Provide. We collect information you directly provide to us, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company or organization name, and account credentials.
- Event Information: Event details, date(s), venue information, budget requirements, guest counts, and special requests.
- Communication Records: Messages, emails, call logs, and notes from interactions between you and our team.
- Payment Information: Billing details and payment method information. Payment card data is processed securely through Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
- Inquiry Information: Information submitted through contact forms, roster page inquiries, or booking request forms.
1.2 Information We Collect Automatically. When you access or use our Platform, we may automatically collect:
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, and screen resolution.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, navigation paths, referring URLs, and user interactions.
- Location Data: Approximate geographic location based on IP address.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Data collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies (see Section 4).
1.3 Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from business partners, public sources, and service providers such as analytics providers and payment processors.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
2.1 Service Provision. We use your information to process and manage booking requests, source and coordinate talent, communicate about bookings and events, provide customer support, deliver status updates, and process payments.
2.2 Business Operations. We use your information to create and manage your account, improve and optimize our Platform, conduct analytics, and detect and prevent fraud and security issues.
2.3 Marketing and Communications. With your consent or where otherwise permitted by law, we may send promotional materials, notify you about industry events and new talent, and conduct surveys. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional communications related to active bookings are not subject to opt-out.
2.4 Legal and Compliance. We may use your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, enforce our Terms of Service, and respond to legal requests.
2.5 Legal Bases for Processing (EU/EEA Users). We process your personal data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation under GDPR Article 6.
3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
3.1 Service Providers. We share information with trusted third-party service providers including payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email and SMS services, analytics, CRM, and media hosting. These providers are contractually required to use your information only to provide services to us.
3.2 Business Partners. We may share your information with talent and agencies to facilitate bookings, venues and vendors to coordinate event logistics, and industry collaborators for referrals or partnerships.
3.3 Business Transactions. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of such transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership.
3.4 Legal Requirements. We may disclose your information when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or respond to legal process.

5.3 Event and Booking Records. Event details and booking records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years following the event date.
5.4 Communication Records. Communication records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter.
5.5 Legal Requirements. Certain data may be retained longer when required by applicable law or legitimate business interests.
6. DATA SECURITY
6.1 Security Measures. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, employee training, and secure third-party payment processing (PCI DSS compliant via Stripe).
6.2 Limitations. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6.3 Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach, we will notify you and any required regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law, where required within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
7.1 General Rights. 8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
8.1 Your Rights Under the CCPA/CPRA. If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.
8.2 Categories of Personal Information. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and professional information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

12. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGING
If you provide your phone number or opt in to receive SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from MAINLINE related to your bookings, account activity, and (if you opt in) promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our Platform.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and endeavor to provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the updated Privacy Policy has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
